PLUM & THISTLE was started in 2016 by Hattie Moss and Isla Grant, two friends who met working the till in a London fabric shop and kept the offcuts nobody else wanted. The name is a nod to both of them: a plum tree in Hattie's Hackney garden, and the thistle Isla brought down from Edinburgh.
