These terms apply when you use the Iro Kama store, run by CHENGTANG, Inc. (“we”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Orders and availability

Many pieces are one of a kind. Adding a piece to your bag holds it for a short time; it isn't yours until payment is complete. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Returns and problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, email us at chengtang.nyc@gmail.com and we'll work it out with you.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them.
